Mission

ADENES Group is a European leader in loss adjustment, operating across 9 countries with over 5,000 employees and 1,600 field experts. We intervene before, during and after claims events to deliver the best possible support to insurers and policyholders alike. Our mission is built on expertise, trust, and the continuous improvement of the claims experience.

As our IT division continues to grow, we are investing seriously in the tools and platforms that underpin our operations across Europe. This role sits within the Innovation & IT Projects Department and carries real weight: the systems you build and maintain directly shape how thousands of claims professionals do their work every day.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Design and deliver fullstack features across our claims management platform, respecting quality standards, agreed timelines, and technical choices defined by the IT department
  • Contribute to run operations, ensuring platform stability and responsiveness to day-to-day production needs
  • Drive continuous improvement of development processes, proposing and implementing concrete enhancements to how the team builds and ships software
  • Apply and uphold the testing practices established by the department, writing reliable, maintainable tests as a natural part of your workflow
  • Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, keeping it accurate and genuinely useful for both current and future team members
  • Work within an Agile framework, participating actively in Scrum ceremonies and Kanban flows, contributing to team rituals rather than simply attending them

Technical Environment:

Backend

  • C# / .NET
  • SQL
  • Azure Functions

Frontend

  • Angular

Infrastructure & Tooling

  • Microsoft Azure (fully Microsoft-based production environment)
  • Azure DevOps

Methodology

  • Agile – Scrum & Kanban frameworks

Profil

You hold an Engineering degree in Computer Science and bring several years of hands-on experience as a fullstack developer, with concrete deliverables you can speak to clearly. You are comfortable working across the stack — from data access layers to Angular components — and you understand what it means to maintain a production system, not just build features in isolation.

You are precise in your work and take ownership of what you ship. You know how to manage competing priorities without losing quality, and you bring a straightforward, collaborative approach to working with both technical colleagues and non-technical stakeholders. You communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and listen as well as you speak.

Full professional fluency in English is required for this role.

What to Expect When You Join

Your onboarding will include a structured introduction to ADENES's business units – as claims management is a specific and fascinating world – combining hands-on time with the team and the context you need to deliver from day one.

You will be joining a team that operates with genuine Agile discipline — Scrum and Kanban are lived practices here, not just labels. The IT division is growing, and there is real scope to deepen your expertise in cloud-native development on Azure while contributing to meaningful platform evolution. You will work closely with business analysts and project leads who value technical input and treat developers as partners in problem-solving, not just executors of tickets.

Compensation and Benefits

Gross annual salary, based on profile and experience: 40,000–48,000€ (including 13th and 14th-month payments)
