The role

As part of the expansion of our IT hub in Porto, we are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our Innovation & IT Projects Department. You will work within a small, hands-on engineering team that builds and maintains the proprietary digital tools our business relies on every day, from claims management platforms to internal operational applications.

This is an in-house product role: you will work directly with business units, translate real operational needs into technical solutions, and take ownership of your deliverables from design through to production.

Your missions

• Design, develop and maintain backend and frontend features across multiple products.
• Collaborate with product owners and business teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and the continuous improvement of development practices.
• Participate in day-to-day operations (RUN) and ensure application stability.
• Apply and help evolve the testing practices and documentation standards defined by the team.
• Work within an Agile framework (Scrum and Kanban) using Azure DevOps.

Your profile

You hold a Master's degree or Engineering qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. You have solid experience in fullstack or backend development, with concrete deliverables you can speak to.

You are rigorous without being rigid, and you bring both technical credibility and a genuine curiosity for the business context your work serves. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you take ownership of what you build.

We particularly value:

• Hands-on experience across at least part of our stack (.Net/C#, Angular, PHP/Symfony, or Nuxt.js)
• A quality-first mindset and familiarity with testing practices
• Ease in an Agile environment with close collaboration with product and business teams
• Full professional English, French is greatly appreciated
